Process of Drug Supply to Ward

The amounts of medications prepared should be based on the CMR. Every patient will be allocated with a drawer in the medication trolley. The drawer is labelled with patient name, ward, and bed number. Also the space within the drawer is separated by compartment in accordance with the different administration time.

When pharmacist dispense medications such as eye or ear drops or topical application such as creams, amount supplied will be dated and stamp in the CMR ‘ TELAH DIBEKAL PADA’.

When the prescription has been fully supplied, use the stamp “SELESAI“.
